Coronado Baptist Church presents free band concert

The church is at 91 Coronado Drive.Coronado Baptist will host a cookie and punch reception following the concert.New Horizons is an international organization of people over 50 who are novice musicians or who played in high school band, but then put their instrument away for decades and now want to begin playing again. The performance will be by the Hot Springs New Horizons Band. 30. The band prizes its main mission to deliver music to people who live in nursing homes and assisted living centers.Hot Springs New Horizons Band, the only New Horizons Band in Arkansas, has 30 members who will be playing patriotic, religious, and popular tunes at Coronado Baptist concert.The conductor is Bill Crook of Crook’s Music Service in Hot Springs.New members are always welcome. The concert is free, but a freewill offering will be given to the band, a non-profit organization. Sunday, Sept.
