Tyra Banks: Lindsay Lohan could have ‘robust’ role in Life-Size 2

“I think she’s very interested in returning. “Lindsay and I have been slipping into each other’s DM’s a lot lately,” Banks, also an executive producer on the project, says. It’s about figuring out what that role is. Banks whetted fan anticipation for a reunion with Lohan when she responded to one of the latter’s tweets in July, calling her by her Life-Size character’s name, Casey. Speaking to EW Thursday at the 2017   Television Critics Association press tour in Beverly Hills, the America’s Got Talent and America’s Next Top Model host revealed she and Lohan, costars in the original Life-Size movie, have been in contact about re-teaming for the planned sequel, which is set to debut in December 2018 on Freeform. I’d like it to be kind of robust.”
She continues: “I’m not looking for a Lindsay cameo, I’m looking for her to have something pretty meaty in Life-Size 2, so we shall see what our writer comes up with.”

Lohan starred in the first Life-Size flick back in 2000, playing a young girl who, while attempting to resurrect her deceased mother with a magic spell, inadvertently transforms her Barbie-like Eve doll (Banks) into a living, breathing person instead. Eve’s great, and so is Tyra Banks’ revelation that Lindsay Lohan could return to the Life-Size family in a big way. According to an April press release, Life-Size 2 follows a grown-up Eve as she helps a young woman   “learn to live and love again,” experiencing “the ups and downs of real life” along the way, in what is described as “a fun, edgy, modern Christmas movie.”

Lohan hasn’t starred in a feature-length film since 2013’s The Canyons, though she recently landed a supporting role on the second season of the British sitcom Sick Note opposite Rupert Grint and Nick Frost, portraying the daughter of a character played by Don Johnson. Thanks Casey, xoxo Eve!
